Positive: The apartment is really good for families with children. Everything worked as expected. There was a really good Café downstairs for having breakfast. Access to the beach and the playground in the front made us really happy. Cafés downstairs were crowed, but they closed pretty early so the noise didn't go much further through the night.

Negative: No AC was bad for us. The garage was a bit difficult to find, because it didn't seem to be connected to the building (it's at the end of the street in the back of the building), but once we find it everything was fine. Not many real restaurants or supermarkets around, we had to use the car a lot.
